01Who runs this store

kovalya.com is published and operated by Kovalya.

Any question about the site, an order, your personal information or a complaint should go to contact@kovalya.com. It is the official channel and the fastest way to reach us: we answer within 24 business hours.

02Hosting and payments

The store is hosted, and the checkout and payments are provided, by:

You can pay by Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, Shop Pay and the supported digital wallets. We never see or store your card details: they are handled directly by the payment provider under the PCI-DSS security standard.

03What we sell, and where

We deliver anywhere in Canada and nowhere else. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and no tax is added at checkout: the total shown on the payment page is the total due. Tracked shipping is free on every order.

We sell two families of product, and each has rules of its own:

Bedding

Kids Neck-Support Pillow

Delivered in up to 12 days (1 to 2 business days of preparation, then 5 to 10 days of shipping). It comes with 30 nights to try it, refunded without any reason needed. Bedding returned visibly soiled, stained, torn or damaged by abnormal use cannot be taken back, for hygiene reasons.

Jewelry

Rings · Necklaces · Bracelets · Duo sets

Delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Our jewelry is engraved and personalized. Goods that are custom-made or personalized at the customer's request are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Jewelry with no personalization remains returnable under the general conditions.

04Using the site

"User" means anyone who connects to and uses kovalya.com.

The site offers a set of services to users, as they are. Users are expected to remain courteous and to act in good faith towards other users and towards the operator of the site.

We update the site regularly and do our best to keep the information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that everything is accurate, complete and current at all times, whether the information comes from us or from a partner. Information is given as a guide and may change; you use it under your own responsibility.

05Site availability

kovalya.com is in principle available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled or unscheduled interruptions for maintenance or in cases beyond our control.

If the service becomes unreachable, we do our best to restore access and to give advance notice of planned work. Because this is an obligation of means and not of result, we cannot be held liable for damage of any kind resulting from the service being unavailable.

06Intellectual property

Kovalya owns, or holds the right to use, every element accessible on the site: its structure, text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sound and software. These are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Reproducing, displaying, modifying, publishing or adapting any of these elements, in whole or in part and by any means, is prohibited without our prior written permission, which you can request at contact@kovalya.com.

Unauthorised use is an infringement of copyright and may give rise to the civil and criminal remedies provided by law.

07Links and cookies

kovalya.com may contain links to other sites. We cannot check everything on the sites you reach that way and accept no liability for any unlawful content there.

When you visit, one or more cookies may be placed on your device through your browser. A cookie is a block of data that does not identify you personally but records information about your browsing on the site.

Your browser settings let you be told when a cookie is offered and refuse it. Refusing a cookie may make some services unavailable, including placing an order.

08Personal information

Kovalya handles customers' personal information in line with Canadian privacy law — PIPEDA and, for customers in Quebec, the private sector privacy act as amended by Law 25.

We only collect personal information for the purposes of the services offered on the site. You have the right to access your information, to correct it, to have it deleted and to withdraw your consent. Write to contact@kovalya.com and you will get an answer within thirty (30) days at the most.

If a disagreement persists, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you live in Quebec, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada elsewhere in Canada. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

09Governing law

Kovalya sells to customers in Canada. The site and the relationship between Kovalya and its customers are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and of the customer's province of residence, and the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your province.
