How long does delivery take?

Your order is prepared in 1 to 2 business days, then shipping takes 5 to 10 days — up to 12 days in total, and usually less. Personalized jewelry is delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is free, and you receive your tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, everywhere in Canada.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you get a tracking link by email. You can also follow your parcel any time on our Track my order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to contact@kovalya.com as fast as you can, with your order number. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, so the sooner you write, the better the chance we catch your parcel before it ships.

How does the pillow's 30-night trial work?

You have 30 nights, counted from delivery, to try the pillow at home. If it is not right for your child, write to us and we refund you — no reason needed. On a trial return, the cost of sending the pillow back is yours. If the pillow arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we refund you in full and we pay the return shipping.

Can I return personalized jewelry?

Engraved or personalized jewelry is made for you alone, so it cannot be returned or refunded because you changed your mind. A wrong ring size is exchanged free of charge. And if a piece arrives faulty or damaged, it is replaced or refunded in full — that is never excluded.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Write to contact@kovalya.com with your order number and what is wrong. Anything faulty, damaged or not what you ordered is replaced or refunded in full, and we pay the return shipping — always.
