12-month warranty on the plating: if your piece discolours within the year, we replace it. For care, wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid perfumes and abrasive products applied directly on it. As our pieces are made to order, they cannot be returned for a simple change of mind. Defective, damaged or non-conforming product: exchanged or refunded within 30 days.
