Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. This policy explains how and when your order ships, and what to expect regarding customs and taxes. By placing an order on kovalya.com, you agree to the terms below.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
If your country doesn't appear at checkout, we don't ship there yet. Questions: contact@kovalya.com.
Processing time
Every order is reviewed and prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Peak periods (sales events, holiday season) may extend this.

These estimates are indicative and start from dispatch, not from the order date. Your total wait = processing time + delivery time. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our control are not included.

Shipping is calculated automatically and shown before you complete checkout, based on destination and weight.

Order tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to show activity, the time it takes for the parcel to be scanned at the first sorting hub.
If you don't receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Multiple parcels
An order with several items may ship in separate parcels arriving on different dates, at no extra cost. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for the address you enter. Any correction must be sent to contact@kovalya.com within 12 hours of ordering, before dispatch.
A parcel returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address may be reshipped at your cost, or refunded after deduction of the shipping and return costs actually incurred.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Import rules have changed significantly and differ by country. Please read the section that applies to you.
United States. The "de minimis" exemption (duty-free entry for shipments under $800) was suspended on 29 August 2025, continued in February 2026, and made indefinite by US Customs in June 2026. Every shipment, regardless of value, is now subject to a customs declaration and applicable duties and taxes. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these amounts are payable by the recipient and collected directly by the carrier or customs.
United Kingdom. For orders where UK VAT applies, the tax is shown and charged at checkout in accordance with HMRC rules for low-value consignments (£135 or less). For higher-value consignments, import VAT and any customs duty may be payable on delivery, collected by the carrier, unless prepaid duties (DDP) are offered at checkout.
European Union. Applicable VAT and, where relevant, import duties may be payable depending on the order value and destination, in line with EU import rules.
In all cases, we have no control over these amounts and cannot predict how they are calculated. Refusing to pay them — resulting in the parcel being returned or destroyed — does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
- Unusual delay: if your parcel hasn't arrived 30 business days after dispatch, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
- Lost parcel: once the investigation is closed, you'll receive a full refund or a replacement, your choice.
- Damaged parcel: photograph the parcel and its contents before discarding the packaging and send us the photos within 7 days.
- Marked "delivered" but not received: check with neighbours, your concierge and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days.
Transfer of risk
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is physically handed over at the address provided, to you or anyone you designate.
